One day symposium for continuing education or for on-campus students to help with decision making.
Basic Hydroponic Gardening
One or more ourses on hydroponics and urban gardening.
Plant science, nursery operations, propagation, transplanting, harvesting, equipment, maintenance...
Measurement and reporting, e.g., periodic reading of instruments measuring electrical conductivity, pH (acidity vs alkalinity).
Water level, temperature variation and flow management.
Students earn certificates in hygiene, food safety and food handling to qualify for jobs in the restaurant, food service and food preparation industries.
